There shall be no minimum lot size, no minimum setbacks, no minimum <br /> <br />percentage of lot coverage and no minimum lot width. However, every <br /> <br />single-family dwelling shall have access to a street, court or walkway. No structure <br /> <br />and no group of structures (such as semi-detached dwellings or a row of town <br /> <br />houses) shall be erected within twenty-four (24) feet of any other structure or group <br /> <br />of structures. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />C. There shall be no continuous structure of town houses, attached dwellings, or <br /> <br />apartments which exceed one hundred fifty (150) feet in length unless the design <br /> <br />for structures longer than one hundred fifty (150) feet is acceptable to the City. <br /> <br />D. The location and arrangement of structures shall not be detrimental to existing <br />or prospective adjacent structures or to existing or prospective development of the <br />neighborhood. <br /> <br />E. Open spaces between structures, induding those spaces being used as public or <br /> <br /> <br />private recreational areas, shall be protected by adequate covenants running with <br /> <br /> <br />the land or by conveyances or dedications, as the City Council shall specify. <br /> <br />F. All watercourses, drainage ways, channels, streams, lakes and ponding areas <br /> <br />sha1I be contained within the common area and no structure or active facility shall <br /> <br />12 - 37 <br />
