<br />CITY OF ARDEN illLLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />PROCLAMATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills wishes to recognize the efforts and years of service of <br />Kevin Ringwald; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Ringwald has provided services to the City of Arden Hills as its Community <br />Development Director, and Assistant to the City Administrator, for four and one-half (4-1/2) <br />years; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Ringwald, during his four and one-half (4-1/2) years of employment, with <br />professionalism and dedication, represented the City as part of many ongoing efforts with its <br />citizens, businesses and other governmental agencies; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Ringwald has resigned from his position as Assistant to the City Administrator <br />effective August 13, 1999, in order to accept a position with the City of Chaska. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY PROCLAIMED ON THIS 9th DAY OF AUGUST, <br />1999 by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota: <br /> <br />The City Council wishes the best to Kevin Ringwald, and expresses their appreciation to <br />him for his years of service to the citizens of Arden Hills. <br /> <br />DENNIS PROBST, MAYOR BEVERLY APLIKOWSKI, COUNCILMEMBER <br /> <br />GREGG S.
