Augmentation Pav <br />A At a rate of $800,00 per biweekly pay period. This generally corresponds to <br />150% of the difference between the current City Administrator and City <br />Accountant salaries. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />Commence the augmentation pay beginning with Payroll #17 (7/31/99 - 8/13/99) <br />until the City Administrator position is filled. The earlier request was to begin the <br />augmentation with Payroll #18, but, as a practical matter, the assignment has <br />already begun. <br /> <br />2, Car Allowance <br />Beginning with the second half of August 1999 payroll, receive the current City <br />Administrator monthly car allowance of$295,00, until the City Administrator position is <br />filled, <br /> <br />3. Vacalion Leave Accrual <br />Authorize a year-end exception for lhe Cily Accountant at December 31, 1999 to allow <br />vacation leave to exceed the maximum allowed by ordinance. (i.e., 170 hours). <br /> <br />Recommendation <br />If Council wishes to formally approve these items, they should do so by motion at the August 9, <br />1999 City Council meeting, <br />
