Our hourly fees are as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Senior Planner <br />Planner <br />GIS/Graphic Designer <br /> <br />$82/Hour <br />$75/Hour <br />$66/Hour <br /> <br />This amount may be adjusted based on the determined scope of services needed by the City and <br />a contract agreed upon by both parties. This contract can include a "noHo-exceed" amount as <br />requested by the City. ' <br /> <br />MFRA typically presents a monthly bill detailed by task and hours or other format, as the client <br />desires. We bill only the actual amount for services performed. MFRA does not charge for <br />mileage, mailings or faxes or other such miscellaneous items. Paper and electronic copies of the <br />new Ordinance will be provided as a part of the overall fee. <br /> <br />~ <br />
