EXPERIENCE <br /> <br />List five (5) relevant planning services completed by your finn over the last five years. <br />For each of these projects, list the community, date of completion, and principal planner <br />involved in the project. <br /> <br />3. PROJECT TEAM <br /> <br />Identify the principal planner who will be in charge of this project. <br /> <br />Identify the specific project team that will be committed to this project. Present their <br />qualifications, resumes, and their areas of expertise. <br /> <br />Identify any consultants or subcontractons who will be a part of this team. WORK PLAN <br /> <br />Provision of a detailed work plan includiJIg a clear identification and understanding of the <br />scope of services to be provided by the finn. <br /> <br />6. COMPENSATION <br /> <br />Compensation from the City of Arden Hills, EDA to the finn selected to provide the <br />planning services will be stated in tenns of a cost plus materials basis with a "not to <br />exceed" amount. The not to exceed fee is intended to include all consultant staff time <br />necessary to perform the required planning services for: <br /> <br />a. Creation of the Civic Center Zoning District; <br />b. Interaction with City Staff and consultants; <br />c. Printing and materials cost; <br />d. Conducting three (3) public meetings; and <br />e. Preparation of an ordinance to enact the zoning district. <br /> <br />7. REFERENCES <br /> <br />Include at least five (5) references for pl>mn;ng projects conducted within the last five (5) e <br />years. <br />
