Identify each of the most important decisions and begin <br />to determine where along each continuum the ordinance should land. <br /> <br />Meet with representatives of Ramsey County and the Army National <br />Guard to undersrand their desires for a shared building on the site. <br />Continue to advance the design guideline negotiation process and seek <br />to find areas of agreement. <br /> <br />Facilitate a meeting with the Arden Hills Economic Development <br />Commission on September 20 to listen to their hopes and desires for the <br />site and the ordinance. <br /> <br />Prepare a draft of the zoning regulations and review it with City staff. <br />Continue to revise and review the regulations until there is joint <br />agreement that it is acceptable to present to the Planning Commission <br />and the public. Provide an original copy to the City for copying and <br />distribution. Add introductory language and numbering as provided by <br />the City Attorney to put the zoning language into ordinance form. <br /> <br />Facilitate a review of the draft ordinance at a public hearing before the <br />Planning Commission on October 6. <br /> <br />Revise the ordinance in consultation with City staff after the first public <br /> <br />hearing. <br /> <br />39 <br /> <br />City ~ An/,n Hills <br />Pldnn;ng Services for the Civic Center Zoning Distria <br />
