In addition to professional labor costs, project expenses are estimated at $145.00. If there is a need for additional meetings, RSC will charge the hourly rate quoted above for Ms. Perry. The breakdown of estimated expenses includes the following: * Miscellaneous copies 300 @ $0.12 $36.00 * 280 miles @ $0.30 per mile $84.00 * Postage $25.00 Total Estimated Expenses $145.00 RSC will not bill the City for work completed in excess of the Scope of Services or in excess of the "cost not to exceed", unless written authorization for additional work and/or compensation is issued by the City. VI. REFERENCES . References are provided for Ann Perry, the Project Manager who recently RSC in June 1999. The references for Ms. Perry are persons who worked with her during the development of zoning and planning related projects before she joined RSC. 1. Dave Pokorney, City Administrator: 448-2851 Mr. Pokorney oversaw all work completed by Ms. Perry when she was employed as Director of pl..nning and Development for the City of Cbaska. He is familiar with her administration of the Chaska Zoning Ordinance. 2. Howard Blin, Planning Director: 493-8055 and/or Marie Darling, Neighborhood Planner: 493-8069 with the City ofBrooldyn Park. Mr. Boo and Ms. Darling directed the work of Ms. Perry in reviewing the new Brook.1yn Park zoning ordinance. The consultant completed this project in 1998. 3. Desyl Peterson, Minnetonka City Attorney: 612-939-82% Ms. Peterson has served as the City Attorney since 1984 and worked with Ms. Perry and the Minnetonka Zoning Ordinance steering committee in developing the new zoning ordinance. 4. Ann Pung-Terwedo, Lake Elmo City Planner: 651-430-6715 Ms. Perry serves as the project manager for assisting the City of Lake Elmo in preparing a land use corridor study along 1-94. Ms. Terwedo served as p'lmning Director at the time and is now employed by the Washington County p'..nning Department. 5. Rick Kelley, Planning Director: 953-2576 and/or Tom Lovelace, Planner: 953-2572 Ms. Perry served as project manager of the development of the land use portion of the Comprehensive Plan developed for the City of Apple Valley in 1998. Ms. Perry was principal author of the document and attended Planning Commission meetings. .
