The references for Ms. Perry are persons who worked with her during the <br />development of zoning and planning related projects before she joined RSC. <br /> <br />1. He is familiar with her <br />administration of the Chaska Zoning Ordinance. <br /> <br />2. Howard Blin, Planning Director: 493-8055 and/or Marie Darling, Neighborhood Planner: <br />493-8069 with the City ofBrooldyn Park. <br /> <br />Mr. Boo and Ms. Darling directed the work of Ms. Perry in reviewing the new Brook.1yn <br />Park zoning ordinance. The consultant completed this project in 1998. <br /> <br />3. Desyl Peterson, Minnetonka City Attorney: 612-939-82% <br /> <br />Ms. Peterson has served as the City Attorney since 1984 and worked with Ms. Perry and <br />the Minnetonka Zoning Ordinance steering committee in developing the new zoning <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />4. Ann Pung-Terwedo, Lake Elmo City Planner: 651-430-6715 <br /> <br />Ms. Perry serves as the project manager for assisting the City of Lake Elmo in preparing a <br />land use corridor study along 1-94. Ms. Terwedo served as p'lmning Director at the time <br />and is now employed by the Washington County p'..nning Department. <br /> <br />5. Rick Kelley, Planning Director: 953-2576 and/or Tom Lovelace, Planner: 953-2572 <br /> <br />Ms. Perry served as project manager of the development of the land use portion of the <br />Comprehensive Plan developed for the City of Apple Valley in 1998. Ms. Perry was <br />principal author of the document and attended Planning Commission meetings. <br /> <br />. <br />
