Post, Interim City Administrator@ <br /> <br />Pamela Sweeney, Employment Status <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />Backl!:round <br />Ms, Sweeney was initially hired on February 16, 1999 as Receptionist/Clerk for the City <br />of Arden Hills, Chapter 19, Arden Hills Code, requires that employees eomplete a six (6) <br />month probationary period in order to determine whether or not the employee <br />demonstrates fitness for the position, <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Under Section 19-6 (c) of Municipal Code, the City Couneil shall consider the <br />recommendation of the City Administrator or Department Head as to whether the <br />employee should or should not be made a regular employee, <br /> <br />Recommendation <br />Staff would reeommend the City Couneil approve the appointment of Ms. Sweeney as a <br />regular, full-time employee with the City of Arden Hills, <br /> <br />e <br />
