<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> <br />Arden Hills, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 27th day of <br /> <br />September, 1999, at 7:30 p,m, <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Councilmembers Aplikowski, Larson, Malone and Rem; Mayor Probst <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />N/A <br /> <br />Member <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99-32 <br />RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE AND SALE <br />OF SENIOR HOUSING REVENUE BONDS TO PROVIDE FUNDS <br />FOR A SENIOR HOUSING AND HEALTH CARE PROJECT <br />(PRESBYTERIAN HOMES OF ARDEN HILLS, INC. PROJECT) <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member <br /> <br />, and after full discussion thereof and upon vote being taken thereon, <br /> <br />the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Aplikowski, Larson, Malone, Probst, and Rem <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />N/A <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, <br />
