A Resolution Orderinl!: a Feasibility Report in the Matter ofthe <br />2000 Street Improvement Proiect <br />The City Council is asked to adopt Resolution #99-35 entitled, "A Resolution <br />Ordering a Feasibility Report in the Matter of the 2000 Street Improvement <br />Project." This action identifies a number of street reconstruction variables within <br />the Ingerson neighborhood. The later acceptance ofthis report will then trigger <br />resident informational hearings on the project. <br /> <br />b. Pavment ReQuest #6. Forest Lake Contractinl!:. West Round Lake Road. <br />Phase I <br />The City Council is asked to approve Pay Request #6 to Forest Lake Contracting <br />in the amount of $30,698.44 for work to-date on Phase I of the West Round Lake <br />Road project. This project is approximately 95% complete with the City <br />continuing to withhold $38,486.72 (5.00%) in retainage on the project. <br /> <br />c. <br /> <br />Pavment ReQuest #1. McClunvArden Manor Park. Nadeau Utility. Inc. <br />The City Council is asked to approve Pay Request #1 to Nadeau Utility, Inc. in <br />the amount of $94,405.68 for work to-date on the 1999 Storm Water Management <br />Utility Ditch Cleaning Project and Arden Manor Park Improvements project. <br />Approximately 94% of Pay Request # I relates to work performed at the Arden <br />Manor Park area. This phase of the project has moved along very well. <br />$4,968.72 (5,00%) is being withheld as retainage. <br /> <br />d. Res. #99-36. Electinl!: to Continue Participatinl!: in the Local Housinl!: <br />Incentives Account Prol!:ram Under the Metropolitan Livablc Communities <br />Act. Calendar Year 2000 <br />The City Council is asked to adopt Resolution #99-36 entitled, "A Resolution <br />Electing to Continue Participation in tlle Local Housing Incentives Account <br />Program Under the Mctropolitan Livable Communities Act for Calendar Year <br />2000," The negotiated goals from the previous year have not changed, and are <br />dependent upon future development at TCAAP. <br /> <br />e. <br /> <br />Res. #99-37. Supportinl!: I-35W Corridor Coalition's Livable Community <br />Demonstration Account Grant <br />The City Council is asked to adopt Resolution #99-37 entitled, "A Resolution <br />Authorizing Application for Livable Communities Demonstration Program," The <br />North Metro I-35W Corridor Coalition has submitted a $700,000 Livable <br />Community Demonstration Grant (LCDA) request to evaluate 2020 build out <br />implications and transit opportunities, This resolution is in support of the <br />Coalition grant request. <br />
