BrownlBRW, Inc. <br />Arden Hills City Engineer <br /> <br />Date: October 6, 1999 <br /> <br />Subject: Payment Request #1 <br />Arden Manor Park Improvements <br />McClung Drive Drainage Improvements <br /> <br />Background <br />The City of Arden Hills awarded Nadeau Utility, Inc. of Maple Grove, Minnesota the McClung <br />Drive Drainage Improvements and Arden Manor Park Improvements Project on September 13, <br />1999 for a total contract amount of $158,617.45. <br /> <br />Proiect Status <br />Grading work at Arden Manor Park has been substantially completed and basketball court <br />surfacing is scheduled to occur October 7. The contractor has constructed the concrete pad and <br />footings for the new pavillion and will install the shelter in approximately six weeks. Work <br />along the McClung Drive ditch has begun including the construction of a new wooden skimmer <br />adjacent to a pond outlet. The project should be substantially completed with the exception of <br />the shelter installation within approximately two weeks. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br />The Arden Hills City Engineer recommends Council approve pay request #1 in the amount of <br />$94,405.68 to Nadeau Utility, Inc.
