The City of Arden Hills has been asked to review the Comprehensive Plan
and submit any comments to the City of New Brighton before the middle of November, 1999.
Mr. Post stated that copies ofthis Comprehensive Plan would be made available to the City
Council if they wished to review it.

Mr. Post stated that the status of the Old Highway 10 water main had been raised by one of the
Councilmembers during a conversation. He stated that Midway National Bank had been approved
for a generator with a cedar wood fi:mce for screening. This generator would be obvious from
Red Fox Road and staff had recommended a block wall be used for screening. The applicant had
been asked the cost difference between the two enclosures and had indicated that the block wall
would cost $14,000 more than the cedar wood fence.
