Approval of Minutes <br />The City Council is asked to approve the Minutes of the October 25, 1999 regular City <br />Council meeting. <br /> <br />2. Introduction of Joseph P. Lvnch. City Administrator <br />Mr. Lynch will be present at the beginning of the meeting to be formally introduced to <br />the community as the new City Administrator. <br /> <br />3. Consent Calendar <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />Claims and Pavroll <br />The City Council is asked to approve vendor claims in the amount of $79,649.43, <br />and payroll for the period ended October 22, 1999. The Council should note <br />vendor payments in the amount of $32,001.94 to BRW, Inc. for September 11, <br />1998 through October 8, 1999 engineering services (including $8,211.62 for <br />Round Lake Road, Phase I reconstruction; and $9,174,27 for Arden Manor Park <br />improvements); $4,328.00 to AMB Property Corporation for November rent at <br />4364 West Round Lake Road; $4,714.00 to E-Z Recycling for October residential <br />recycling services; and $2,500.10 to Impact Planning for consulting services <br />related to the Twin Cities Army Ammunition Plant (TCAAP) land conveyance. <br /> <br />b, Animal Control Contract. Annual Renewal <br />The City Council is asked to approve a renewal of the animal control contract <br />with Animal Control Services, Inc, (ASCI) for calendar year 2000. This vendor <br />serves the contract cities of the Ramsey County Sheriffs Department <br /> <br />4. Unfinished and New Business <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />Planninl! Case #99-12. Midwav National Bank. 1315 Red Fox Road. <br />Variance/Site Plan Review <br />The City Council is asked to approve a Site Plan with a related 13 foot comer side <br />yard setback variance (37 feet proposed, when 50 feet is required) to allow for the <br />permanent installation of a 5 foot, 6 inch x 13 foot, 6 inch generator at the <br />Midway National Bank facility. The Planning Commission recommended <br />approval of Planning Case #99-12, subject to three conditions. <br />
