It is assumed that this alternative would only be possible if <br />constructed in conjunction with the vacation of Hamline Avenue. This alternative <br />would require a driveway extension to provide access to 1322 Cannon A venue <br />property. Retaining walls would likely be needed to provide support for the cul- <br />de-sac pavement in the vicinity of the MnDOT drainage ditches. Some property <br />acquisition would be required from 1322 Cannon Avenue and 1323 Cannon <br />A venue to allow for the standard 60 foot radius right of way need for the Cannon <br />A venue cul-de-sac. <br /> <br />3 <br />
