<br />e <br /> <br />SUPPLIES/SERVICE AGREEMENT <br />REPLACEMENT OF COLD WATER METERS <br />CONTRACT 99-RESIDENTIAL METER <br /> <br />1.0 Parties. This Agreement is dated the /St.* day of jJ/~1 V.{J _",i:J 1'/-, 1999, <br />and is entered into by and between the City of Arden Hills, a Minnesota municipal corporation <br />("City") and Hydro-Supply Company, a Minnesota corporation ("Contractor"). <br /> <br />2.0 Terms and Conditions. In consideration of the mutual undertakings herein <br />described, the City and Contractor agree as follows: <br /> <br />A. The term "Contract Documents" as used herein includes the following which are <br />attached and incorporated as Exhibit A: <br /> <br /> 1. This Agreement. <br /> 2. The Request for Proposals. <br /> 3. The Proposal. <br /> 4. The additional Proposal information. <br />e 5. Technical Specifications. <br /> 6. Special Conditions. <br /> 7. Performance and Payment Bond <br /> <br />B. Contractor shall provide City with the quality and quantity of materials and <br />seNices as specified in the Contract Documents. <br /> <br />C. The Contract provides for the purchase and installation of Cold Water Meters in <br />the south sector of the City (Base Proposal); the purchase and installation of <br />Cold Water Meters in the north sector of the City (Alternate A); and the <br />inspection of existing drain tile pumps on residential parcels where cold water <br />meters are installed (Alternate B). <br /> <br />D. City shall pay for materials on a unit price basis. The total amount to be paid for <br />materials and seNices shall not exceed the below stated amounts unless a <br />written change order is approved by the City's Council. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />1 <br />
