Wall packs are <br />allowed at entrances only. Accent lighting of buildings and <br />sites may be permitted by tI1e City. A photometric analysis <br />of site and building shall be submitted for City approval. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />J. Pedestrian Circulation. All development within tI1e District shall install <br />pedestrian improvements in accordance witl1 tI1e City of Arden Hills <br />Comprehensive Plan. Other pedestrian sidewalks 'and trails may be <br />required by the City. <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />Site design shall facilitate pedestrian connections and <br />mobility within and between building, sites, and uses <br />by providing clear visual indicators through door <br />placement, signage, and integrating landscaping <br />components. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />The city may require bike racks; racks must be placed <br />to not impede pedestrian circulation. <br /> <br />(3) Internal sidewalk systems shall connect with adjacent <br />planned or developed public sidewalks or trails. <br /> <br />k. Drainage, Wetlands and Flaod Plain. A water management plan must <br />be submitted for each project in the CC District. The plan must be <br />approved by the Rice Creek Watershed District, other agencies as <br />required, and the City Engineer. <br /> <br />(I) Regional ponding is encouraged as a visual and functional <br />amenity; two or more sites may coordinate their water <br />management plans for their mutual benefit. <br /> <br />I. Utility Lines. Underground utility lines shall be required in all develop- <br />ment within the CC District.
