Approval of Minutes <br />The City Council is asked to approve the Minutes of the November 29,1999 regular and <br />December 7, 1999 Special City Council meetings, <br /> <br />2. Consent Calendar <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />Claims and Pavroll <br />The City Council is asked to approve vendor claims in the amount of <br />$130,314.26, and payroll for the period ended December 3, 1999, The Council <br />should note vendor payments to Ramsey County in the amount of$52,304 for <br />December law enforcement; and to BRW, Inc, in the amount of $26,694.33 for <br />engineering services, <br /> <br />b. 2000 Liquor License Renewals <br />The City Council is asked to approve the 2000 Liquor Licenserenewa1s, subject <br />to receipt of remaining fees and required documentation, <br /> <br />c. IRS Mileal!:e Increase <br />The City Council is asked to approve a mileage increase from $.31 to $.325, as <br />per revised IRS action, <br /> <br />d. LMCIT Municipal Excess Liabilitv Coveral!:e <br />The City Council is asked to not waive the tort limits on the Excess Liability <br />insurance coverage, <br /> <br />e. Ordinance #'s 316 and 317. Civic Center Zoninl!: <br />The City Council is asked to adopt Ordinance #' s 316 and 317, establishing the <br />Civic Center Zoning District, adopting standards for the District, amending the <br />current Zoning Ordinance to include the amendments, and modifying the zoning <br />map accordingly. <br /> <br />f. <br /> <br />Res. #99-48. 2000 Pav Plan <br />The City Council is asked to adopt Resolution #99-48, approving the 2000 Pay <br />Plan for City employees. <br />
