This results in more time transporting material than actually using the <br />material. <br />CURRENTSTATUS~ROJECTEDSCHEDULE <br />Loading small quantities of hot mix into small dump truck and using as soon as possible. <br />RELATIONSHIP TO EXISTING PLANS AND OTHER PROGRAMS <br />Blacktop patching ongoing eight (8) months per year. <br />
