TO THE <br />ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RELATING TO THE RE-ZONING OF PROPERTY. <br /> <br />THE ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS THAT SECTION IV. <br />A. IS HEREBY ADDED TO ZONING ORDINANCE #291 OF THE CITY OF <br />ARDEN HILLS TO READ AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section IV. A. Re-Zoning <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />The official map for the City of Arden Hills is hereby amended to indicate that the <br />described property in Exhibit A is being re-zoned from an R-1 zone (Single Family <br />Residential District) and 1-2 zone (General Industrial District) to a CC zone (Civic <br />Center District). <br /> <br />Effective Date. This Ordinance shall become effective the day following its publication. <br /> <br />AdoDtion Date.
