Mr. Fix indicated, during the course <br />of discussion, that if the City chose this option, he would send this up the administrative ladder, <br />but was not real supportive of the concept. <br /> <br />The City Council needs to make a determination as to which direction it wishes to proceed. If <br />you want to remove the material from the site, we would have to hire a consultant to help us <br />through the process to submit all of the correct reports, testing plan, analysis, and follow up with <br />the EP A. If we chose the other route, we would have to legally describe the property in a <br />different fashion and resubmit that to the DOA for their consideration and approval, and seek <br />concurrence by the MPCA for title to the property. <br /> <br />At this time, I'm seeking direction from the City Council on which way to proceed with the <br />TCAAP property. <br /> <br />CC/Ken Nimmer, Impact Planning <br />
