<br />3. Professiona11iabi1ity insurance Covering North Metro for liability
<br />incll1Ted in perfonning its prOfessional services. Coverage shall be
<br />in the amount of$l,OOO,OOO, per negligent act, elTor or omission and
<br />$1,000,000 aggregate for each insured, With a deductible no higher
<br />than $5000.
