Brown <br />Arden Hills City Engineer <br /> <br />Date: May 23, 2000 <br /> <br />Subject: Pay Estimate #2 <br />1999 Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Program <br /> <br />Background <br />The City of Arden Hills awarded Lametti and Sons, Inc. of Hugo, Minnesota the 1999 Sanitary <br />Sewer Rehabilitation Project on November 8,1999 for a total contract amount of $251,265.00. <br />Payment #1 for the sum of $120,478.05 was paid on April 10, 2000. <br /> <br />Project Status <br />Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation <br />The Contractor has completed the sanitary sewer rehabilitation and site restoration. <br /> <br />Televising Sanitary Sewer <br />The Contractor has completed the majority of the sewer cleaning and televising and is in the <br />process of testing and sealing. <br /> <br />Sag Pipe Repair <br />The Contractor has completed the sag pipe repair and site restoration. <br /> <br />Recommendations <br />The Arden Hills City Engineer recommends the Council approve Pay Estimate #2 in the amount <br />of $59,371.73 to Lametti and Sons, Inc.
