L.-\:'I'O CO:'l'YEY.-\:"ICES, TWL'i CITIES .-\R';fY .-\M).IUNITlON <br />PLA.\'T. )II:'i:-1ESOT.-\ <br />(a) CONVEYANCE TO CITY AUTHORIZED- The Secretary of the Army may <br />convey to the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota (in this section referred to as the 'City'), <br />all right, title, and interest of the Ullited States in and to a parcel of real property, <br />including improvements thereon, consisting of approximately 4 acres at the Twin <br />Cities Army Ammunition Plant, for the purpose ofpermitting the City to construct a <br />city hall complex on the parcel <br />(b) CONVEYA!"fCE TO COUNTY AUTHORIZED- The Secretary of the Army may <br />convey to Ramsey County, l\Ifinnesota (in this section referred to as the 'County'), all <br />right, title, and interest of the United States in and to a parcel ofreal property, <br />including improvements thereon, consisting of approximately 35 acres at the Twin <br />Cities Army Ammunition Plant, for the purpose of permitting the County to construct <br />a mainteoance fac ility on the parce l <br />( c) CONSIDERA TION- As consideration for the conveyances under this section, the <br />City shall make the city hall complex available for use by the Minnesota National <br />Guard for public meetings, and the Countv shall make the maintenance facility <br />available for Use by the ~1innesota Natio~ Guard, as detailed in agreements entered <br />into between the City, County, and the Commanding General of the ~finnesota <br />National Guard. Use of the city ball complex and maintenance facility by the <br />~finnesota National Guard shall be without cost to the Minnesota National Guard. . <br />(d) DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY- The exact acreage and legal description of the <br />real property to be conveyed under this section shall be determined by surveys <br />satisfactory to the Secretary. The cost of the survey shall be borne by the recipient of <br />the real property. <br />(e) ADDITIONAL TER.\IS A!'lD CONDITIONS- The Secretary may require such <br />additional terms and conditions in connection ....ith the conveyances under this section <br />as the Secretary considers appropriate to protect the interests of the Ullited States. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Attachment A <br /> <br />e <br />
