Round Lake Road <br />Arden Hills, MN 55112 <br /> <br />Re: Storm Sewer Drainage in Lake Josephine <br /> <br />Dear Mayor Probst and Council Members, <br />As representative of the Lake Josephine Improvement Association, we would like to call <br />your attention to our deep concern regarding the plan to dump storm water directly into <br />the Femwood channel, which flows into Lake Josephine. <br /> <br />The City of Roseville plans to re-construct Josephine Road, and pipe all storm water into <br />the holding pond (Little Josephine) before it enters Lake Josephine. <br /> <br />According to Arden Hills 2000 Street Renewal Improvements Proposed Roadway and <br />Storm Improvements (Exhibit #3) all storm water from East Engerson Road, Carlton <br />Drive, Fernwood Street and Fernwood Court would flow directly into the Femwood <br />Court channel. <br /> <br />The Lake Josephine Improvement Association respectfully request consideration of a <br />holding pond system be considered for this storm water before it enter Lake Josephine. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />~:;z>r// <br /> <br />Co-Chairman <br />Lake Josephine Improvement Association <br />3220 No. Hamline Avenue <br />Arden Hills, MN 55112 <br /> <br />,~~~--<t -'-~~<-- ,> <br /> <br />Emil G.
