<br />INGERSON PROJECT REVIEW GROUP RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> <br />earlier opportunity to have input into each project. Specifically, the Review Group suggests the <br />following process: <br /> <br />1. City staff prepare and publish a map of anticipated projects scheduled over the <br />next five years; <br />2. City staff present conceptual designs to thc affected residents of a project one (I) <br />year in advance of the final feasibility report; <br />3. City staff provide a process and adequate time for residents' input by holding <br />meetings with affected residents to explain details of the proposed project design <br />once preliminary survey and design work has been completed; and <br />4.
