Size. In R-l and R-2 Districts, no accessory strueture shall exceed seven hundred <br />twenty-eight (728) square feet in floor area and for aecessory structures located in the rear of <br />a principle structure, the total floor area of all such accessory struetures shall not exceed <br />twenty-five (25) percent of the minimum required rear yard area for the principal structure, <br />but there shall be no more than two (2) accessory structures on a lot. <br />(E) #4 d. Electric Fences and Barbs or Spikes on Fences. No above grade fence shall have <br />barbs or spikes or be of metal construetion which is charged or connected with electrical <br />current wifhin any distriet of the City. These fencing types shall only be permitted through a <br />special use permit. <br />(F) #1 h. Private Garages.
