Screening for roof- or wall-mounted dishes shall be in <br />accordance with VI, E, 4. <br />b. Screening City water tower sites. <br />i) Antennas attached to the water tower must be painted to match the color of the water <br />tower. <br />ii) Ground Mounted Structures. <br />1) Red Fox Tower. The City will landscape the site to adequately screen the existing <br />ground structures at the time of the amendment of this ordinance. All future <br />applicants will eonform to the City's landscaping plan of the lot. The City will <br />construct a ground structure to house all future applieants requiring ground mounted <br />structures following amendment of this ordinance. App1ieants will lease space on the <br />tower and within the ground mounted structure, as specified in the lease agreement. <br />No additional ground mounted structures will be permitted on this site. <br />2) Fernwood Tower. The City will construct a ground structure to house all future <br />applicants requiring ground mounted structures following amendment of this <br />ordinanee. Applieants will lease space on the tower and within the ground mounted <br />structure, as speeified in the lease agreement. No additional ground structures will be <br />permitted on this site. <br /> <br />Section VI (l) #7: Special Requirements for City Water Tower Sites. The placement of <br />licensed commercial wireless teleeommunication services including cellular, personal <br />communication services (PCS), specialized mobilized radio (SMR), enhanced mobilized radio <br />(ESMR), paging and similar services on water tower sites will be allowed only when the City is <br />fully satisfied that the following requirements are met: <br />a. The applicant's aecess to the facility will not increase the risks of eontamination to the City's <br />water supply; <br />b. There is sufficient room on the structure and/or on the grounds to accommodate the <br />applicant's facility; <br />c. The presence of the facility will not inerease the water tower or reservoir maintenance costs <br />to the City; and <br />d. The presenee of the facility will not be harmful to the health of workers maintaining the <br />water tower or reservoir. <br /> <br />Seetion VI (l) #8: Doeumentation ReQuired. Installation and operation of an antenna, dish <br />antenna or tower shall be permitted only after application has been made and approval has been <br />granted as defined in Section VIII for a Special Use Permit. The following documents shall be <br />submitted with the application: <br /> <br />a. Site Plan. The following information on the subject property shall be shown: <br /> <br />(I) A plot plan drawn to seale. <br /> <br />(2) Site and building dimensions. <br /> <br />(3) Location of buildings on the site and on adjoining sites within one hundred feet (100'). <br />
