"I ngerson project" l is planned <br />for presentation to the October 10, 28fUJ meeting of the City Council <br />at 7:48 PM according to the agenda. <br /> <br />Your attention is drawn to seueral items in the aboue documents. <br />A. ADDendi" B <br />1. Mr. Rodney B. Schumacher (at 3148 HamUne Rue. N. at 75 IF <br />for $3,3750.08) claims that he has called your offices and noted that <br />his property fronts onto a "county Road" (entitled HamUne) He states <br />that he is therefore not subject to this assessment. <br />2. Ms. Rndrea Palmquist et al at 3136 Hamline Aue. N. at 158 IF <br />for $6,758.00 would also be considered same as aboue since she is <br />south of Mr. Schumacher. <br />3. West side of Hamline is listed at 200 LF for $9,800.88. The <br />number of IF on Hamline, eHcluding the aboue two, amounts to 2878. <br />The difference is 1878 IF and cost is $84,150_08. This assessment of <br />this absentee land owner was missing from AppendiH B. Why? <br />4_ lake Rssociation is listed twice (once on Fernwood Court and <br />once on Ingerson court). Is this an error? <br />5. Property of Steuen N. Zilmer 3363 Dunlap St. N. is listed for <br />$2,925.08. But he already has the "curbs and gutters and road repair." <br />Is it the plan to place him at double jeopardy because of his corner <br />lot? <br />6. Property listed on Tiller lane (Peterson and Rennek:e) has also <br />had "curbs and gutters and road repair." Is it the plan to place them <br />at double jeopardy> <br />7.1212 and 1138 Tiller Ruenue. Where are they? <br />
