<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />regard to whether it remains the owner of any land or interest therein in the locality of the <br />granted premises and shall have a right to enforce each of the environmental notices, exceptions, <br />restrictions, agreements and covenants herein stated in any court of competent jurisdiction. <br />Notwithstanding the foregoing, Grantor and its assigns shall have no affirmative duty to any <br />successor in title to this conveyance to enforce any of the environmental notices, exceptions, <br />restrictions, agreements and covenants stated herein. <br /> <br />BY THE ACCEPTANCE of this Quitclaim Deed, the Grantee, its successors and assigns, <br />do hereby release, indemnify and hold harmless the United States of America, its officers, <br />agents, employees and assigns, from and against any and all claims for damages of any type, <br />character or nature arising out of or in any way related to the Government's use of the premises <br />herein described from any cause, except as specifically warranted herein by the United States. <br />This release and indemnity provision shall constitute a covenant running with the land. <br /> <br />This Quitclaim Deed is not subject to Title 10, United States Code, Section 2662. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused this Deed to be executed in its name by <br />Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army (I&H), and the Seal of the Department of the Army to <br />be hereunto affixed this day of , 2000. <br /> <br />UNITED STATES OF AMERICA <br /> <br />By: <br />Paul W.
