I believe the deed is still under review within Army channels, but is provided for your information. I have discussed the issues with all involved and we are in the position to provide you with the following: 1) We will expedite processing of all documents. The necessary approval documents will be leaving the Army Material Command and be in the Secretariat's possession by this coming Monday. The Secretariat will expedite the actual processing of these documents so that the written directive can be given to the Army Corps of Engineers to finalize transfer. 2) In the meantime and with this notification, we are authorizing the Army Corps to send you a copy of the deed it has prepared for your review and discussion with them, AND to provide you an expanded right-of-entry to allow you enough latitude to award your construction project.
