<br />e <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it remains the intent of the Government to convey the above-described property <br />to the grantee in the near future and it is in the best interest of the Government to permit the <br />grantee to enter into the construction contract and begin construction of the city hall complex; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, effective 2 October 2000, in consideration of the premises, Right-of- <br />Entry No. DACA45-3-00-6088 is amended in the following particular but in no others: <br /> <br />Condition No. I is amended by adding the following subparagraph d. <br /> <br />d. Grantee is authorized to enter into a construction contract and to begin construction of <br />the city hall complex on the said premises. <br /> <br />Please forward your city's written acceptance of the terms and conditions herein, as <br />indicated at the end of this letter, to this office, together with a completed Certificate of Authority <br />(see enclosed MRO Form 851). Please note that the officer who signs the Right-of-Entry must <br />not be the same officer who signs the Certificate of Authority. A copy of this letter is enclosed <br />for your files. A return envelope is enclosed for convenience. <br /> <br />Coordination for entry onto the installation should be made with Mr. Mike Fix, <br />Commander's Representative at the Twin Cities Army Ammunition Plant.
