Size. In R-1 arid R-2 Districts, no accessory structure shall exceed seven hundred <br />twenty-eight (728) square feet in floor area and for accessory structures located in the rear of <br />a principle structure, the total floor area of all such accessory structures shall not exceed <br />twenty-five (25) percent of the minimum required rear yard area for the principal structure, <br />but there shall be no more than two (2) accessory structures on a lot. <br />(E) #4 d. Electric Fences and Barbs or Suikes on Fences. No above grade fence shall have <br />barbs or spikes or be of metal construction which is charged or counected with electrical <br />current within any district of the City.
