<br />, <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />WHEREAS, those negotiated affordable and life cycle housing goals are as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />Goal <br /> <br />65% <br />35% <br />27 - 36% <br />75 - 83/17% to 25% <br />1.8 to 2.3 units/acre <br />9 - 12 units/acre <br /> <br />WHEREAS, for calendar year 2001, a metropolitan area municipality that participated in the <br />Local Incentive Account Program during the calendar year 2000, can continue to participate <br />under Minnesota Statutes 473.254 if: <br /> <br />a) the municipality elects to participate in the Local Housing Incentives Account <br />Program by November 15, 2000; and <br />b) the Metropolitan Council and the municipality have successfully negotiated <br />affordable and life cycle housing goals for the municipality. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota that the City elects to continue participation in the Local Housing Incentives Program <br />under the Metropolitan Livable Communities Act during the calendar year 2001. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />THIS 10th DAY OF OCTOBER, 2000. <br /> <br />DEN}ITSPROBST,MAYOR <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />JOE LYNCH, CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br /> <br />2 <br />
