<br />, <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 323 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE <br />AMENDING SECTION 4 (A) OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS' ZONING <br />ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE RE-ZONING OF PROPERTY <br /> <br />The Arden Hills City Council hereby ordains that # 1 through #7 are hereby added to <br />Section 4 (A) of the City of Arden Hills' Zoning Ordinance to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 4 fA) Zonine: Map <br />1. The properties located at 3610 and 3628 Snelling Avenue with property identification <br />numbers of273023330014 and 273023330029 are rezoned from B-2 (General Business <br />District) to N-B (Neighborhood Business District). <br />2. The property located at 3130 Cleveland Avenue with a property identification number of <br />333023330088 is rezoned from B-2 (General Business District) to N-B (Neighborhood <br />Business District). <br />3. The property located at 3151 Lake Johanna Boulevard with a property identification number <br />of333023310013 is rezoned from B-2 (General Business District) to N-B (Neighborhood <br />Business District). <br />4. The property located at 1901 County Road E2 with a property identification number of <br />283023240022 is rezoned from R-1 (Single Family Residential District) to N-B <br />(Neighborhood Business District). <br />5. The property located at 4703 Highway 10 with a property identification number of <br />163023310001 is rezoned from B-2 (General Business District) to N-B (Neighborhood <br />Business District). <br />6, The four properties, located in the southwest quadrant of Highway 96 and Hamline Avenue, <br />three of which are vacant and not addressed and one which is addressed 4545 Hamline <br />Avenue, with property identification numbers 223023210137, 223023210139, <br />223023210140 and 223023210138, are rezoned from B-1 (Limited Business District) to N-B <br />(Neighborhood Business District). <br />7. The five properties, located in the southeast quadrant of Cleveland Avenue and County Road <br />E2, with propcrty identification numbers 283023320032, 283023320029 and those portions <br />of283023320006, 283023320007 and 283023320008 lying westerly of the creek and <br />abutting the improved portions of Cleveland Avenue are rezoned from B-1 (Limited Business <br />District) to N-B (Neighborhood Business District). <br /> <br />Effective Date. <br /> <br />This ordinance shall become effective the _ day of <br /> <br />,2000. <br /> <br />Adoption Date. <br /> <br />Passed by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills the _day of <br />,2000. <br />
