The property is vacant. In 1991 (Planning Case 91-09) Hans <br />Hagen requested a rezoning from B-1 to B-2 to facilitate the construction of a convenience store, <br />gasoline station, and car wash, The rezoning was approved (7-29-91) contingent upon the <br />approval of a special use permit. The site plan generated significant neighborhood opposition <br />and was ultimately dropped. The rezoning condition was not satisfied within one-year, therefore <br />it did not take effect.
