He asked if it would be incumbent to state publicly the reason for <br />the session. Mr. Filla stated it should not be a closed session, unless it is to discuss pending or <br />current litigation. He noted pending litigation is when someone has told you they are going to <br />sue you. He added he could provide the file number for the litigation discussed in this closed <br />sesSIOn. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Councilmember Aplikowski moved and Councilmember Grant seconded a motion <br />to approve the October 30, 2000 Closed Executive Session minutes, the October <br />30,2000 Regular Council meeting minutes, and the October 30, 2000 Closed <br />Executive Session (continuation) minutes as corrected above. The motion carried <br />unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />A. Claims and Payroll <br />B. Resolution #00-44, Resolution Adopting and Confirming Annual Special Assessments <br />for Delinquent Utilities <br />C. Authorization to Cancel December 26, 2000 Regular Council Meeting <br />D. Curbside Recycling Contract, Annual Renewal <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Councilmember Larson moved and Councilmember Grant seconded a motion to <br />approve the Consent Calendar and authorize execution of all necessary documents <br />contained therein. The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br />Mayor Probst invited those present to come forward and address the Council on any items not <br />already on the agenda. <br /> <br />Mr. Lynch noted the City did receive a memorandum regarding a matter on the agenda. <br /> <br />Mayor Probst stated they would discuss the memorandum at that time. <br /> <br />There were no public comments. <br /> <br />UNFINISHED AND NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />A.
