<br />A F. <br />-w---- <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Minor Subdivision/Plattinl!, At the present time, Parcel NO.2 is part of a <br />larger-parcel. Dcacon shall makc appheatiem for thc minor subdivisicfl <br />which will create Parcel NO.2 and for the platting of combined Parcels 1 <br />and 2 a sufficient time to advance of its request for a Certificate of <br />Occupancy so that the City will have adequate time to process the <br />applications pursuant to the City's subdivision regulations. <br /> <br />G. <br /> <br />Conditions of Use. The use of the Improvement Project shall be subject <br />to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. If the City determines that the proposed parking is inadequate, <br />Beacon shall create a parking permit system to be approved by the <br />City. <br /> <br />2. The "laundry/community room" illustrated in the garage floor plan <br />portion of the PUD Final Plan shall be replaced with 2 parking <br />spaces. <br /> <br />3. A lighting plan shall be submitted for staff review and approval by <br />the City Council. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />The design and location of anyon-premise signage shall be <br />approved by the City Staff. <br /> <br />5. The parties acknowledge that Bethel College will supervise the <br />initial use of the Improvement Project which may include <br />subsidized student housing. Subsequent uses of the Improvement <br />Project shall be at market rates. <br /> <br />H. Notices. Any notice, demand, or other communication under this <br />Agreement by either party to the other shall be sufficiently given or <br />delivered if it is dispatched by registered or certified mail, postage pre- <br />paid, return receipt requested, or delivered personally: <br /> <br />I.
