<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />September 28, 2001 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Parrish, <br /> <br />This letter is to serve notice of our opposition to the plans to subdivide the lot of Tom and Kathy <br />Goserud at 4350 Hamline Avenue North. While we have enjoyed having them as neighbors, we <br />have no desire to look out on the additional residences and access road they are proposing. <br />When we purchased our lot we had the opportunity to purchase many other lots in the area for <br />considerahly less money. We picked this lot because of its secluded back yard and the privacy it <br />affords. <br /> <br />After moving into our house, we were shocked and disappointed to find out that the Goseruds <br />were running a business, and even more shocked when they purchased the adjacent lot to use as a <br />parking lot for their customers. The business is annoying, hut lasts only a few weeks per year. <br />The subdivided lot will bring additional traffic to the back edge of our lot on a daily basis, This <br />is not acceptable! 1t eliminates the privacy we gained with the purchase of our home and will <br />significantly reduce the value of our property, <br /> <br />In addition we have concern for the trees and plantings at the back of our lot due to the limited <br />space for running the access road between our lot line and the Goserud's garage. There will be <br />minimal space for the road, let alone room for snow removal. <br /> <br />We are opposed to the suhdivision of the property and will oppose all future proposals for <br />subdivision.
