We have visited the site and find that the percentages for work completed is correct except for <br /> <br />the following revisions. We withheld a portion of the General Requirements (01000) as they are not one <br /> <br />hundred percent complete with the work and require a presence on the site. Under section 09300 Ceramic <br /> <br />Tile/Quany Tile we have withheld $5000.00 for the open issue with the terrazzo floor. We have revised the <br /> <br />number for 09900 Painting to show a 90 percent completion by the end of September, as they are to this date <br /> <br />not quite complete. This payment application does not include Change Order Number Six, as it has not yet <br /> <br />been approved. Changes to the application and certificate for payment reflect these items. This pay <br /> <br />application covers the period ending September 30, 2001. The percentage of the contract amount a <br /> <br />is 94% (minus a 5% retainage of $144,913.15). We recommend payment in the amount 0 <br /> <br />enclosed a spreadsheet that summarizes payments to date for your reference as well as a <br /> <br />application by section.
