Please review the document and provide any necessary
comments, suggestions, or changes. I have noted my comments and suggestions on the draft.

Also, previously I had given you background information on a determination for the percentage
use of the parking lot by the City of Arden Hills for final determination of the percentage split on
cost for snow removal. I believe Ms. Patty Johnson had indicated the approximate cost in 2000
for snow removal was $1,200 for the season. I want to be able to offer a proposal on a percentage
basis with a total dollar commitment for the season that would not be greater than $1,000. For
example, if the total cost for 2001/2002 was $1,200, and we agreed on a SO/50 split, our cost
would be $600. Ifthe snow removal for the season is greater than that, I would like to cap our
exposure at no more than $1,000. I would like to include this in the agenda packet for the City
Council on November 12, 2001.

I would need for you to have this back to me by Wednesday, November 7. We need to agree
upon a calculation percentage for use of the parking lot and to agree upon our maximum
exposure. If you have any questions, please see me.
