The bufferyard shall be landscaped with a combination <br />of evergreen trees (six foot high minimum) and deciduous trees (three inch caliper minimum) such <br />that the use is effectively screened from the adjacent residences. The bufferyard landscaping shall <br />not be included in the minimum landscaping calculation (Section A, 5, a). <br />(d) Sloped Roofs shall be utilized on all principal and accessory structures. Table for additional information. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br />The Planning Commission recommends approval of Planning Case #00-41, amending Section 5 of <br />the Zoning Ordinance #291 as presented in the "Proposed Amendments to Section 5 ofthe Zoning <br />Ordinance" section of this memorandum, adopting formal Ordinance #324. <br /> <br />Notes <br />1. Pursuant to Section VIII, D, 1, b of the Zoning Ordinance a ". ..four-fifths (4/5's) majority ofthe <br />full council is required for action to amend the zoning ordinance.
