Shop drawings <br />have been submilled and approved for the lift station reconstruction work and the Contractor <br />anticipates beginning this work within the next few weeks. <br /> <br />Recommendations <br />The Arden Hills City Engineer recommends the Council approve Pay Estimate, #1 for Gridor <br />Construction, Inc. of Plymouth, MN in the amount of $10,814.66. A retain age of 5.00% is <br />being held for this project. <br />
