These
franchises are located near 1) Highway 96 and Centerville Road, 2) Lexington Avenue and
Larpentur A venue, 3) Snelling A venue and County Road C, 4) Rice Street and Country
Road C and 5) Highway 10 and County Road I.

It is readily apparent that Arden Hills already has an ample number of pharmacies in the
area with them Walgreen store and the Target Pharmacy, Arden Plaza Pharmacy and
Snyder Pharmacy. If the City Council grants Walgreen a building permit for their m!h.
store, the council will be subjecting the voters of Arden Hills to a potential pharmaceutical
monopoly.

tSpeCtfu1~ ' /

r7.~

James ;. and Linda K.
