The results show that all turning movements
at County Road E / Lexington Ave intersection operate at a sufficient LOS and the
overall intersection operates at a LOS C. Also shown, is the LOS for the site-generated
traffic on the north approach at County Road E and Arden Plaza Entrance intersection,
shown to operate at a LOS D.

The existing a.m. peak hour queuing analysis is presented in Table 7.1-2. The results
show that during the a.m. peak hour the intersection of County Road E and Lexington
Ave does not display any queuing problems.

7.2 Post-Development PM Peak Hour Conditions

The existing p.m. peak hour turning movement LOS and intersection LOS for each of the
key intersections are shown in Table 7.2-1. The results show that the west approach left
turn movement at County Road E and Lexington Ave will still operate at a LOS D. Even
though the overall intersection operation decreases to a LOS D, the actual delay per
vehicle decrease was only a minimal 5.0 seconds. The north and south approaches at the
intersection of County Road E and Arden Plaza Entrance was found to still operate at a
LOSE.

The existing p.m. peak hour queuing analysis is presented in Table 7.2-2. The results
show that during the p.m. peak hour the intersection of County Road E and Lexington
Ave does not display any queuing problems.

Walgreen's Traffic Impact Study
Draft Report

Post-Development Operations
February 07,2001

7.1
