Input provided
by the Council included the following design:

.

Use of uncolored concrete posts;
Decorative endcaps on the concrete posts;
Decorative "Christmas Tree" trim on some panels;
Alternating (offset) panel attachment to the posts; and
Use of the dark chocolate brown stain color.

.

.

.

.

The City Council also directed staff to request the Arden Manor Park owners to inform mobile
home park residents of the proposed noise wall project.

SubseQnent Information
Mr. Gedstad, MnDOT Project Engineer, had earlier (January 29, 2001 letter) indicated that there
would be aesthetic treatment upcharges to the City of Arden Hills for decorative trim ($9,000),
concrete post endcaps ($12,250), and integral colored concrete posts ($104,085).
