I have served as an election judge many years and have <br />always been interested in the manner in which 1\rden Hills has shown <br />reasonable discretion in the location of new businesses so that the <br />village atmosphere is maintained. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Even if I did not object on the grounds of the traffic problems that <br />will (already do) ensue at one of the busiest intersection in the city. <br />The present traffic problems require a wait through four green arrow <br />signals at rush hour. <br /> <br />In addition to the traffic there would be a negative impact on the <br />businesses located in Arden Plaza. 1\rden Plaza is a convenient Shopping <br />area with food, cleaners, drug store, hardware store: all the small <br />businesses I thought the city would want to encourage in our community. <br /> <br />Please give this matter your serious attention and cast a negative vote <br />against any proposal to establish a Walgreen's at that location. <br /> <br />SincerelY yours, <br /> <br />k)/~~ <br /> <br />The Rev.
