Approval ofthe master plan is contingent on the applicant's acquisition of all <br />properties shown in the proposal. <br /> <br />Updates <br />Staff met with the applicant on March 20 to review the Planning Commission <br />recommendations. The applicant would like to propose the following amendments to the <br />Planning Commission conditions, as listed above: <br />1. Condition #l(d), do not impose any limitation on the number of children within <br />daycares; <br />2. Conditions #1(g) and (h), allow EIFS to be used as a secondary material, to be used <br />for up to 30% of the fayade; _ <br />3, Condition #1 (i), do not strike this statement and allow for structured parking .. <br />facilities to be architectural precast or decorative masonry; <br />4.
