A '1\ March 7. 2001 PARKING REQUIREMENTS tit I, Off-Street Parking Calculation, Off-street parking for office development shall be provided as combination of surface parking, under building underground parking and structure parking to a ratio of five (5) parking spaces per one thousand (1000) square feet of parking gross floor area (GFAx 95%), Parking ratios for restaurants and other uses with higher and lower parking demands are to be in accordance with the parking provisions of the Arden Hills zoning ordinance, 2. Off-Street Parking Dimensions. With the exception of accessible parking spaces, all off-street parking for the development shall have a dimension of nine (9) feet in width by eighteen (18) feet in length.
