It shall <br />consist of office and supporting ancillary uses, made mutually compatible through a <br />combination of careful design and coordinated public and private investment. These <br />standards are intended to implement and effectuate the objectives of the Arden Hills <br />Gateway District. Where these standards vary from the Gateway District or any other <br />applicable City Ordinance, these standards shall govern. <br /> <br />PERMITTED USES <br /> <br />Within the Chesapeake Gateway Center PUD, no structure or land may be used, except <br />for one or more ofthe following uses: <br /> <br />1, Antennas mounted on an existing structure, if integrated architecturally into the <br />design of a building, not exceeding five (5) feet above the highest point of the .A <br />structure, - <br /> <br />2. Banks, <br /> <br />3, Clinics for human care. <br /> <br />4, Medical and dental clinic. <br /> <br />5, Offices, both professional and medical, <br /> <br />6, Hotels <br /> <br />PERMITTED ACCESSORY USES <br /> <br />Within the Chesapeake Gateway Center POO, permitted accessory uses shall include the <br />following: <br /> <br />I, Any incidental assembly, repair, processing, manufacturing, laboratory, or storage <br />necessary to conduct a permitted principal use, as long as it does not occupy more <br />than 60% of the gross floor area of any building, provided that such use may not <br />exceed a maximum of 50% of the gross square footage of the entire development. <br /> <br />2, Buildings temporarily located for purposes of construction on the premises for a .. <br />period not to exceed the time necessary to complete construction. ,., <br /> <br />1 <br />
