The job description for this new position and responsibilities relative <br />to the CSR I position need to be finalized. Temporary clerical services are being utilized when <br />job duties spike; otherwise, they are being handled by the Senior Accounting Clerk and the City <br />Accountant <br /> <br />Second Ouarter Accomplishments <br /> <br />. The water utility achieved 100% compliance with respect to the installation of radio read <br />water meters, <br />. Although not specifically tasked with economic development responsibilities, <br />communications for specific development concepts in the Gateway Business District, the <br />remnant Indykiewicz parcel, the County Road DlNew Brighton Road Neighborhood <br />Business District, and a TCAAP planning option were maintained with potential developers. <br />. The December 31. 2000, external audit examination was completed with an unqualified <br />opmlOn, <br />. Final utility billings for residents moving out of the City were issued on a prompt basis. <br /> <br />Third Ouarter Goals <br /> <br />. Issue 2001 Budget Book. <br />. Assist the City Council and the City Administrator in the development of the preliminary <br />2002 budget and taxes payable 2002 levy. <br />. Complete training on the "mini-mobile" water meter reading hardware to utilize for third <br />quarter 2001 meter readings, <br />. Move into new City Hall, sever current lease obligation, and plan premises auction for <br />furnishings/computers not moving to the new City Hall. <br />
